Prepare the Bourbon Skillet Cookie
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Press into a round ovenproof skillet or dish.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18–20 minutes (16 if you want it super-gooey).
Serve with ice cream.

Hi does this freeze well raw?
What size skillet?
I assume baking time would be adjusted accordingly.
I used an 8inch skillet
Quick and simple - I would next time cook it slightly shorter as the edges hardened. (Kept in the oven for 18 minutes.)
