A delicious, easy three-ingredient snack that’s perfect for the summer.

Yield: approximately 15 clusters

Ingredients

Blueberry Yogurt Clusters

  • 1 and 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt

  • 11 ounces frozen blueberries, defrosted

Directions

1.

Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a bowl, mix yogurt and blueberries.

3.

Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet and freeze for at least a few hours.

4.

In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate. Carefully dip clusters into chocolate.

Tips:

You can substitute dried cranberries, nuts, cut-up grapes, mangoes, banana slices, or any of your favorite foods for the blueberries.
