A delicious, easy three-ingredient snack that’s perfect for the summer.
Yield: approximately 15 clusters
1 and 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
11 ounces frozen blueberries, defrosted
2 9-ounce bags Glicks Chocolate Chips
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, mix yogurt and blueberries.
Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet and freeze for at least a few hours.
In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate. Carefully dip clusters into chocolate.
