This is the perfect recipe for a homemade birthday cake.
2 cups sugar
1 and 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup water
1 cup strong coffee (2 teaspoons coffee, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water)
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9- x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

could I make this in a bundt pan?
Delicious!! Easy and delicious! I love one bowl recipes. Turned out fabulously. Makes a nice dark, dense cake.
