A dessert with only 3 ingredients? Yes, please! This mousse is super easy and tastes delicious! This can be made in advance and frozen.
200 g chocolate
6 eggs (pasteurized)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
Separate the eggs, whip up egg whites with a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Melt chocolate and add to egg yolks and vanilla extract, mix well.
Fold in egg whites and pour in dish.
Let set in the fridge for minimum 12 to 15 hours.
