Diets This simple and tasty dish was created by my newlywed daughter and proclaimed “a meal fit for a king!” Although it’s quite easy to prepare (who doesn’t mind that?!), the ingredients really do come together just so and it’s truly delicious! Add more mozzarella to suit your taste.
1/2 cup olive oil
3–4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic, adjust to your taste
3 cups chopped broccoli or Beleaves Frozen Broccoli, thawed
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound (450 grams) Tuscanini Pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
In a large and deep frying pan, sauté garlic in oil for five minutes. Add broccoli, parsley, and remaining seasonings and stir gently over low heat until broccoli is heated through. Add pasta and toss to combine.
Transfer broccoli and pasta mixture to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with shredded cheese, if using. Serve warm.

Made this for a birthday dinner and it was a big hit! I did not serve it with cheese because I served it at a Fleishig meal, and it was perfect as is.
