Ingredients

Beet Carpaccio

  • beets

  • red onion

  • jalapeños

  • parsley

  • olive oil

  • lemon juice

  • white wine vinegar

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic

Directions

1.

Slice your beets as thinly as possible. Then slice your red onion and add about one heaping teaspoon of white wine vinegar.

2.

Assemble your beets on your plate.

3.

Add garnish, sliced jalepenos, and parsley.

4.

Then, drizzle olive oil, juice half a lemon, and add your salt, pepper, and garlic.
