Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the onion and sautee for a few minutes until softened and golden. Add in the ground beef, season with spices and cook until browned, about five to seven minutes. Fold in some toasted pine nuts and stuff into the dates.

  2. Arrange the stuffed dates on the platter.

  3. Top with microgreens.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
