something for the whole family
1 onion
3-5 cloves garlic
8 oz mushroom sliced
1 lb ground beef
.5 lb chicken breast cut small (can eliminate and just use all beef)
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
paprika
tblsp tomato sauce
1 can coconut milk
3/4 cup non dairy milk (almond)
corn starch slurry
noodles of choice
Sautee onions in approx 2 tbsp oil
add garlic once the onion is semi cooked
once fragrant add meat and chicken
add seasoning
let cook
add tomato sauce and stir
add coconut milk and non dairy milk and stir to combine
bring to a boil, stir frequently
add corn starch slurry to thicken
seperately cook pasta
plate, and enjoy
