1 package Manischewitz Split Pea Soup Mix
1 (17-ounce) container Manischewitz Beef Broth
2 marrow bones
1 large piece of flanken, cut into pieces
1 leek, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 parsnip, diced
water as needed to cover
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook for six hours on high or eight hours on low. Remove the marrow bones before serving.
