This is a classy and tasty way to use up those leftover bits and bobs from the grill. I listed what I used below, but you can absolutely use whatever leftovers you have on hand.
2 to 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 red onion, sliced
2 pieces of grilled pepper
2 grilled chicken cutlets
1 ear grilled corn
1 and 1/2 grilled hamburgers
2 grilled hotdogs
grilled mushrooms
2 pieces of grilled zucchini
Heat the oil in a large pan and then add the onion and a sprinkle of salt. Sauté for three to five minutes.
Dice leftover proteins and add to pan, stirring occasionally.
Slice off the kernels from the corn. Dice the rest of the vegetables. Add all the veggies to the pan and stir. Let cook two to three minutes to incorporate flavors.
Add barbecue sauce and stir to fully incorporate.
Use mixture to top two Tuscanini Pizza Crusts.
Place in oven and bake according to the package instructions. (Alternatively you can put them on the grill!)
