Frying the fish this way creates a delicious, crispy, thick coating while sealing the softness for perfect texture.
8 salmon fillets
oil for frying
1 cup Glicks All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
Mexican bread crumb mix
Slice each fillet into three squares.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch oil.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, brown sugar, and baking powder and coat salmon cubes.
Dip into bread crumbs and fry for four minutes on each side or until golden.
