Combine ingredients in a saucepot. Place on medium heat for about 10 minutes until apples are crispy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare puff pastry. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 squares.
When the apple filling is ready, spoon some onto a puff pastry square. Cover with another square. Crimp the edges with a fork.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix together the glaze ingredients. Drizzle over the pastries.
