1 – 1 and 1/2 pounds spare ribs
2 onions, diced and sautéed
1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 cube Gefen Garlic
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup Heaven and Earth Ketchup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 bay leaves
Brown meat in oil over high heat and remove from pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add ribs to sauce and cook for one hour.

do i cover the pot for the one hour of cooking. you dont say in directjions
I’d assume yes, but will double check for you.
hi what kind of ribs do you suggest? a rack or short ribs?
I’d suggest short ribs, but either works for this recipe.
What’s the oven temp?
This recipe is made on the stove top so no oven needed 🙂
