1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Gefen Almond Milk
1/2 a banana (reserve the other half for topping)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop of Absolute Collagen
1 tablespoon nut butter, such as Haddar Mixed Nut Butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
dash of cinnamon
handful of chocolate chips, for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine everything except for the nut butter and chocolate chips in a blender.
Pour half the batter into an oven-safe bowl, add a tablespoon of nut butter to the center, then pour the remaining batter on top.
Top with sliced banana and chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes.
