2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1 box mini peppers, seeded and sliced in rings
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except peppers.
Add peppers and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill in oven. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Remove peppers from marinade and place in a single layer on baking sheet.
Grill for seven to eight minutes.
