I’ve published it before, and I’m doing it again. London broil, lamb chops, chicken cutlets, grilled vegetables, and fresh salad — you name it, this dressing works for it! Take your barbecue to the next level with this flavorful marinade and have fun incorporating it into your family’s menu all year round.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary and/or thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon pink or sea salt

Directions

Prepare the Marinade

1.

Combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator up to one month.

Notes:

Best to allow the marinade to come to room temperature before dressing a salad.

Wondering Hi I’m wondering why Rorie has a recipe posted that contains balsamic vinegar with caramel color?
