Baked Marinated Salmon (Big Batch)

Ingredients

Baked Marinated Salmon

  • 96 fillets salmon

  • 6 cups vinegar

  • 6 cups oil

  • 6 cups lemon juice

  • 8 cups sugar

  • 2 cups Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Garlic Powder

  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons whole cloves

  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes (optional)

Directions

For the Salmon

1.

Place fish in 3 large roasters.

2.

Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over fish. Marinate fish for 48 hours.

3.

Bake, uncovered , at 450°F, until liquid begins to boil.

4.

Cover pans with foil, and bake an additional 45 minutes (only 20 if you like your salmon moist).

5.

May be served hot, cold or room temperature.
