This dish is a no-fail winner fish dinner that is super simple and kid-friendly to boot. (Perfect for the Nine Days!) For more great food, watch Sunny Side Up!
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Gefen White Vinegar
1 cup Glicks Flour
2 (6-ounce) bags snack of choice (tortilla, potato chips, Bissli), crushed
2 pounds fresh salmon, cut into strips
6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Gefen Canola Oil
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet relish
2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons white wine or apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place eggs and vinegar into a bowl; whisk to combine. Place flour into a second bowl and snack crumbs into a third.
Dip each piece of fish into flour, then into egg mixture, and then into crushed snacks, making sure the entire strip is fully coated.
Place on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper, Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Toss ingredients together in a bowl, then lay on a baking sheet.
Bake 40 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, relish, mustard, and vinegar. Stir to combine.
Serve fish with tartar sauce.

Used haddock, was great
