Ingredients

Baked Carp

  • 6 slices carp fish, sliced

  • 4 tablespoons oil

  • 3 teaspoons Gefen Paprika, optional

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Baked Carp

Grease a 10 x 16 inch baking pan.

Combine oil, paprika and salt. Place fish in a pan and spread oil mixture over fish. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1/2 to one hour before baking.

3.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit forĀ 20 to 25 minutes. Uncover pan for at least half that time to brown.

Variation:

Pour a little white wine over fish just before baking, and bake until all liquid is absorbed.
