3 pounds shoulder cut or middle chuck
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons flour
paprika
dash of pepper
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions, sliced
2 carrots, cut lengthwise
Rub meat with cut cloves of garlic and coat with flour. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Grease roasting pan with oil.
Arrange onions and carrots in pan. Place meat in center.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake, covered, for three hours. Turn once during baking.
