1 and 3/4 cups Gefen Potato Starch
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
1/2 cup oil, such as Gefen Cottonseed Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until creamy. Spread batter evenly onto two parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cut into squares, then bake for an additional 30 minutes.
