Start your day off right or enjoy a healthy snack anytime with this quick and delicious avocado toast.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1/2 avocado

  • sea salt

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • couple dashes of hot sauce

  • additional sea salt, for finishing

  • chili flakes, for finishing

Directions

Prepare the Avocado Toast

1.

Toast your slice of bread.

2.

Peel your avocado and lay your avocado on the cutting board, cut-side down. Slice lengthwise.

3.

Fan out the avocado slices on the toast. Sprinkle over sea salt, black pepper, and hot sauce on top.

4.

Fry your egg sunny-side up style. When it’s ready to eat, lay it on top of the avocado.

5.

Finish it off with sea salt and chili flakes.
