Jazz up your buttered toast by serving with a simple guacamole, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Can be served on gluten-free bread, if desired.
avocado
salt
black pepper
grape tomatoes, diced
crumbled Ta’amti Feta Cheese
a slice of your favorite bread, toasted
crushed red pepper (optional)
Mash avocado and mix with a little lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Place on top of toast.
Top with tomatoes and feta cheese. If you like extra spice, sprinkle some crushed red pepper on top.
