Ingredients

Avocado Kale Pasta Salad

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 4 cups cooked & drained Heaven & Earth Brown Rice Pasta

  • cilantro, scallions, or other herbs, for garnish

  • sesame seeds or pine nuts, for topping

Directions

1.

Add the avocado, kale, olive oil, garlic, water, lemon, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2.

Combine with the cooked pasta.

3.

Garnish with cilantro, scallions, or other fresh herbs of choice.

4.

Top with sesame seeds or pine nuts.
