For some reason, anything with soy sauce and scallions gets the reputation of being “Asian.” I wouldn’t exactly call these the authentic Asian deal, but they’re still delicious. Yield: 4-6 patties
1 pound ground meat
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Glicks Teriyaki or soy sauce
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons Glicks Teriyaki Sauce
2 scallions, finely diced
2 tablespoons water

coleslaw
chili sauce
Combine all ingredients and form into mini burgers. Cook the burgers on the grill.
Whisk all aioli ingredients together in a small bowl.
Serve the sliders in buns drizzled with chili sauce and aioli and topped with coleslaw.
