Directions

Prepare the Chicken Cutlets

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place chicken in a zip-top bag. Add flour and shake to coat the cutlets.

  3. Remove cutlets and place in a baking pan.

  4. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over cutlets. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.

  5. Uncover. Top with sugar snap peas and bake, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Hi- I would fully cook it and then freeze it. Defrost it straight into a pan to re-heat.
