4 skinless salmon fillets
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
black pepper for sprinkling
Pereg Cumin, for sprinkling
coriander, for sprinkling
Gefen Cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse salmon and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle each fillet with half teaspoon lemon juice. Sprinkle with black pepper, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon.
Bake uncovered for approximately 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Can be served either warm or cold.
