This chicken is so easy to throw together and is bursting with flavor!
3/4 cup apricot preserves, such as Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon sriracha
4-6 chicken thighs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the apricot jam, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sriracha.
Place chicken in a sprayed nine- by 13-inch pan. Pour sauce over chicken, cover pan tightly with foil, and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover chicken, baste with sauce, increase oven temp to 425 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes.

Maybe I did something wrong, but the smell was very off putting, and the taste not much better….. The first time I actually did not eat what I made for supper!
