1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup Glicks Flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
8 apricots (fresh or canned), drained and patted dry
cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle
Mix all crust ingredients by hand. Pour batter into a 9-inch round baking pan or Pyrex dish.
