Liven up your standard apple crumble fare by adding in some delicious rhubarb to the filling. Granola in the topping is a smart flavor shortcut.
4 apples, peeled and sliced
1 bag frozen rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla
1 and 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
Mix all topping ingredients together and set aside.
Once filling and topping are prepared, divide filling equally into 10 individual five- to six-ounce ramekins (about three ounces per ramekin) and sprinkle granola crumb topping evenly on each filled ramekin.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes.
Mix all filling ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside.
