Ingredients

Salad

  • 6 cups shredded green cabbage

  • 2 large carrots, shredded

  • 1 cup scallions, sliced

  • 3 Fuji apples (or any red apple), julienned

Dressing

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

1.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad dressing ingredients and mix well.

2.

Add salad ingredients and toss until the dressing is evenly distributed.

3.

Serve immediately (can sit in the fridge for up to 30 minutes).
