3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 cup orange juice
10 apples (extra large Cortland), sliced and grated
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix ingredients for cake until batter is smooth. Pour half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine apples with sugar and cinnamon. Spread three-fourths of apple filling over batter. Pour remaining half of batter over apples. Top with remaining apples.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
