Angel hair salad has just been elevated to the next level! This salad can be served as an entrée or a side. Or top it with salmon for a complete meal.
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 small purple onion, diced
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
1 (16-ounce) box angel hair pasta
1 bag purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup slivered almonds
Combine tomatoes and purple onions. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Pour over the tomatoes and let marinate for at least three hours.
Cook angel hair in salted boiling water for four minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add cabbage, carrots, and almonds. Pour marinated tomato dressing over angel hair 30 minutes before serving.
