Ingredients

Poppers

  • 4 boneless chicken legs, cut into small pieces

  • 1/2 cup of flour

  • 3/4 cup soy milk

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Spicy Pineapple Sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce

  • 3 cubes frozen garlic

  • 1 cube frozen ginger

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Directions

Prepare the Chicken Poppers With Pineapple Sauce

1.

Dip the chicken pieces into flour and then the soy milk mixture and then flour again.

2.

Deep fry it until the outside is golden and the inside is cooked through.

3.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together until it’s all mixed well and pour over the fried chicken nuggets. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.

Serve with rice.

what ingredients are in the soy milk mixture? what ingredients are in the sauce?

Chicken, flour, soy milk and lemon are for the chicken. And the rest are for the sauce.
