1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup soy milk
Combine all ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
