Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup chunky salted almond butter

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup Galilee Silan

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, salted

  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds

  • 1/4 cup dried fruit and/or chocolate chips (apricots, raisins, cherries, etc)

Directions

Prepare the Granola

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit and chocolate chips. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through.

3.

When the granola has cooled, break up the granola chunks and add the dried fruit and chocolate chips.
