It may no longer be Pesach, but this Mocha Frappuccino cocktail that I made for a Kosher.com story takeover before Pesach is perfect for any season. I don’t know about you, but after 8 days of family time and over 2 weeks that the kids are home from school, all I need is coffee and alcohol. The best part is this insane concoction combines the best of both. I’m almost embarrassed to tell you how many batches we’ve made of these lately. Make it once and you’ll be totally hooked.
3 cups ice
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup sweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup Binyamina Chocolate Liqueur
1/4 cup coffee liqueur such as Walders Scotch and Coffee Liqueur
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
sugar to taste (optional)
additional chocolate syrup
whipped cream
chocolate shavings
Blend all ingredients together until slush-like consistency.
Pour into a glass that’s been drizzled with chocolate syrup.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate and enjoy.
