Store-bought pizza isn’t an option on some diets as there is yeast and sugar in the dough and sugar in the sauce. Here is a pizza dough recipe without either. Obviously, this is not only for those that are off yeast or sugar, but it is a great recipe for when you do not have the time for your dough to rise. If you have five minutes for prep, you can have fresh, delicious pizza. It doesn’t even require a mixer.
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Glicks Flour
1/2 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 cup soy milk/Gefen Almond Milk/ milk
2 tablespoons margarine/butter, melted and cooled
sprinkle of salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients well. The dough will be sticky. Use a little extra flour if needed.
Thinly roll out the dough on a floured Gefen Parchment Paper. Bake the dough for seven minutes.
Add your sauce/ cheese/toppings and bake again until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
