A simple but delicious way to cook a potato that doesn’t require peeling, slicing, or the oven.
a potato
salt
pepper
cheese (optional)
Stab your potato a few times on each side with a fork.
Put it in a bowl and cover it with a plate. Put it in the microwave for five minutes.
Take it out and add salt and pepper to to taste.
If you put cheese on, cover and microwave for another minute to melt the cheese.
