Super quick and easy dessert that comes together in minutes.
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup oats (gluten-free if needed)
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Use a tablespoon to scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Leave about two inches between cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes, then move to a cooling rack. Store in airtight container.
