Crazy easy, gooey, lava cakes using delicious Gefen Cookie Butter and only four ingredients! Great recipe for the baking challenged (like myself 🙂
1 cup Gefen Cookie Butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 (3.5-ounce) bar milk chocolate (optional)
In a bowl, mix the cookie butter and powdered sugar well with a spoon.
Then, carefully add one egg at a time.
Add the water and continue to mix until a batter forms.
Pour the batter halfway into four to five small oiled ramekins.
If you like chocolate, add three pieces of milk chocolate into the middle of each ramekin.
Cover the chocolate with the remaining batter.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Makes 4–5 small cakes

can i swap the cookie butter for a nut butter?
Can these be frozen raw?
I’ve never tried freezing lava cakes raw. But I can’t see why you wouldn’t be able to.
