The sea bass in this recipe really picks up the marinade well. It tastes like you’ve been slaving over it all day when the whole dinner really only takes maybe 15 minutes to execute (well, plus marinating. That’s not work though!).
6 (4–6-oz) (115–117-g) sea bass or black cod fillets (skin on, or they’ll fall apart!)
Brianna’s Saucy Ginger Mandarin Dressing
10 ounces (283 grams) butter lettuce or romaine hearts, shredded
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 (12-oz) (340-g) jar marinated artichokes, drained
1/4 cup Terra Stix
Brianna’s Rich Poppy Seed Dressing
Place deboned fish fillets in large ziplock bag and cover with Saucy Ginger Mandarin Dressing. Refrigerate one hour or up to overnight.
Preheat broiler to high and place fillets, skin side down, on baking sheet or aluminum pan coated with cooking spray. Broil six minutes, then flip to skin side up and broil another six minutes, or until the thickest part of fillet easily flakes and is opaque.
While fish is cooking, combine lettuce, avocado, onion, artichoke, and Terra Stix. Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing and serve with fish.

dressing? where can I find the marinade and dressing recipes?
Hi Tova,
The artichokes are purchased in a jar that has marinade in it already.
And the dressing is a store bought one. Brianna’s. It is delicious and you can find it in most stores.
