Some people say, “Silan? What’s that?” People who know it say, “Wow! Silan! I love it! I use it in everything!”

 

From overnight oats to chicken dinners, this low-glycemic, all-natural sweetener made of dates is our favorite way to add some richness and goodness to so many dishes. It can be used in place of maple syrup or honey in pretty much any recipe. If you are new to silan, consider this your list of reasons to add it to your shopping list.
