Why do we call it “turnover?”
It sounds like we and our kitchens are going through a combo tornado and earthquake.
But it’s not nearly as scary in real life. With the right planning, you can have your kitchen and cooking ready for Passover without (too much) stress.
Even if it’s your first time making Pesach.
Even if you gave up your cleaning help.
Even if your family is underfoot.
Take a deep breath, roll up your sleeves, and let’s get to work.
Wow! You did it!
Relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor over the holiday. Wishing you and your family a chag kasher v’sameach.
