Ice Cream with Extras
Ingredients:
1 tub vanilla ice cream
1 bag frozen strawberries or other berry of choice
1 package granola of choice
Sugar
Directions:
1. Defrost strawberries completely in a small container and sprinkle with a little sugar. (I know we’re not measuring, but if we WERE, a tablespoon at a time to taste). Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Plate a scoop of ice cream, drizzle some strawberry sauce on top, top with granola.
