This past Sunday, I sat with my daughters going through a few cookbooks and recipes gathering ideas so we can “Populate our Menu,” as we call it. I always like to find a few inspired items to add to my menu. But there are criteria. I don’t like frying food, I don’t like folding individual little dumplings or wontons, and I like making things for Shavuos that have color and vibrancy and some kind of interesting twist. Here are a few fun things for you to get inspired by, too!

1. Buttery Luscious Lemon Cookies by Leah Klein

2. Tropical Sangria by Faigy Reiner

3. Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Muffins by Vera Newman

4. Lamb Ribs With Pistachio Parsley Pesto by Michal Frischman

5. Chicken Rollatini with Herbs, Sun- Dried Tomatoes, and Balsamic-Honey Glaze by Suzie Gornish

6. Mango-Summer Crisp Salad by Chavi Feldman

7. Chimichurri Mushroom Salad by Michal Frischman

8. Stuffed Vegetable Platter by Sivan Kobi

9. Middle Eastern Salmon by Lipi Events

10. Summer Turkey Rolls by Sara Goldstein
