In the past, we published a Rosh Hashanah menu that you can whip up in just 1 day. (For real, check out the amazing menu here!) But for those of you who love spending more time making your presentation and food extra extra special, we’ve created a Rosh Hashanah menu that pulls out all the stops!

From a standing Rib Roast and Pastrami-Wrapped Chicken Lollipops, to Honey Pomegranate Trifles and a perfectly glazed Lemon Honey Cake, these dishes are sure to add that WOW factor to your New Year meals.

We realize that a lot of you probably won’t have time to get to all of the recipes below, so make a few of the dishes, one or two of the menus, or one showstopper dish. Your menu and holiday is sure to be extra special and memorable.
