We originally set out to create a 2-ingredient cookie for Passover using nut butter and cake mix. What we got was something totally different, and totally amazing!
We call them “3-Ingredient Chocolate Cookie Crisps.”
Think of them as a hybrid between a cookie and brownie. They are slightly chewy, slightly crispy, and oh so delicious! They have a slight nuttiness from the almond butter, but are not overpowering at all.
Of course the absolute best part is that they only require 3 simple ingredients.
So if you’re in a rush to get just one more dessert on the table for the family, turn to these- you won’t be disappointed!
Ingredients:
1 box Gefen KFP Chocolate Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup Haddar Almond Butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Scoop out the dough (about a heaping 1/2 tablespoon, the crisps will spread as they bake).
5. Place the rolled dough onto the prepare baking sheet. Bake for eight to nine minutes until the edges are set.
6. Remove the crisps from the oven and let them set on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
7. Transfer to a cooking rack and then enjoy!
