1 1/2 – w lb 2nd cut brisket or top of the rib roast
1/2 c coconut aminos
2 ts garlic powder
1ts salt
1ts paprika
1 ts smoked paprika
dash of black pepper
place onions on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Place meat on top of onions. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, coconut amino‘s, and spices. Pour over meat cover tightly and bake at 300°F until meat is fork tender (approximately 4 to 5 hours) using two forks shred beef
