Ingredients

Marshmallow Rice Krispie Treats

  • 9 cups crisp rice cereal

Paint/Icing

  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, such as Gefen

  • 1/2 teaspoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil

  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Prepare the Rice Krispies

1.

Melt the margarine in a pot on low heat.

2.

Once melted, add the marshmallows and vanilla. Keep on mixing until you get it all melted. Shut the fire and add the crisp rice cereal.

3.

Mix well, and pour into a lined 9×13. Let set for at least one hour before cutting.

Prepare the Icing

1.

Mix all the ingredients together well. If more water is needed to get the right texture, add a tiny drop at a time.

2.

Add food coloring as desired.

3.

Stick a popsicle stick into each square, and dip into the icing of your choice. Let set for 10 minutes.
